Bah Kut Teh

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 L

    Swanson Pork Bone Broth

  • 500 g

    Pork Ribs

  • 500 ml

    Water

  • 2 cloves

    Garlic with skin (Whole)

  • 6 pcs

    Dried mushroom, soaked overnight and boiled 10minutes

  • 2 tbsp

    White peppercorns (crushed abit)

  • some

    Salt to taste (optional)

  • some

    Coriander (garnishing)

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1:

  • Poached the pork ribs, rinse and set aside.

Step 2:

  • Bring 1L Swanson Pork Bone Broth and water to a boil.

Step 3:

Reduce and serve:

  • Add pork ribs, garlic, mushroom and peppercorn to boil for ½ hour in medium heat.
  • Reduce to low heat and boil for 20 minutes thereafter.
