INGREDIENTS

Swanson Pork Bone Broth
-
500 g
Pork Ribs
-
500 ml
Water
-
2 cloves
Garlic with skin (Whole)

6 pcs
Dried mushroom, soaked overnight and boiled 10minutes

2 tbsp
White peppercorns (crushed abit)

Salt to taste (optional)

Coriander (garnishing)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1:
- Poached the pork ribs, rinse and set aside.
Step 2:
- Bring 1L Swanson Pork Bone Broth and water to a boil.
Step 3:
Reduce and serve:
- Add pork ribs, garlic, mushroom and peppercorn to boil for ½ hour in medium heat.
- Reduce to low heat and boil for 20 minutes thereafter.
